Do we really know China?

One of the main destinations in the Orient Expedition is China, country the Schurmann Family is about to visit for the first time in 30 years of adventures worldwide.

But what do we know about China? Is the western vision that we have of the country, its history, people and culture, at least close to the reality the crew of the Orient Expedition will have the chance to see now?

This question is the subject of the fun French short film “Mon Chinois” (“My Chinese”), released in 2008 and awarded by the audience in Festival Anima Mundi 2009. Watch the video below.
